A former church hall in London reinhabited as a home and studio for two musicians. The grandiose front is retained, repaired and surrounded with planting like a landscape folly. Inside, a single new volume houses a recording studio below and bedroom above, leaving a bright double-height kitchen and mezzanine space looking onto a patio garden.
